Is the Mouth a "Private Part"?

Body safety educators are saying it, but here's why I don't recommend it

Recently, parents have been asking me the same question, “Do you teach your kids that the mouth is a “private part?” For reference, there are some body safety educators recommending parents to include the mouth when explaining what the private parts are to young kids. The main reasoning revolves around Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) prevention - and I don’t disagree! Preventing CSA is a major reason why I encourage parents to start having the talks early. 

Body safety educators and I agree that nobody should be forcing anything into a child’s mouth! But to say it is a private part is where I diverge and not because it’s incorrect but because it’s oversimplified. Here’s what I mean.
